Mr. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on administrative side the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court has passed an order thereby transferring the matters in relation to service conditions of Ambulance Driver to the Aurangabad Bench. He would claim that he has taken steps for transfer of both these writ petitions to Aurangabad Bench.
