Heard Mr. P.A. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.D. Mohgaonkar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Shaikh Majid, learned counsel for the respondent No.3.

Learned counsel for both the parties, submit that, no findings are recorded by the Learned School Tribunal, the matter needs to be remanded back to be decided afresh. Upon going through the order passed by the School Tribunal, it reveals that no reasons were properly recorded, in-fact School Tribunal is supposed to deal all the issues by recording findings, but the same has not been done.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is partly allowed. Consent by all the parties recorded. The order dated 26.03.2024 passed by the learned School Tribunal in STN Appeal No.31/2015, is hereby set-aside

2 77-WP-4088-2024.odt and the matter is remanded back to the learned School Tribunal on the ground that it had not recorded any reasons while dismissing the appeal. Learned School Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal within a period of four months from today. No order as to costs. (S IDDHESHWAR S. THOMBRE J.
