The petitioners are claiming promotion to the post of Head of the Center.

The intervention is sought by the persons, who are in the seniority list along with the petitioners.

Since the prayer of the applicants for intervention is not objected, the same stands allowed.

We direct the petitioners to carry out the amendment thereby impleading the applicants as party-respondents to the petition. 7.

Issue notice to the newly added respondents, returnable on 25th September, 2024.

We direct the petitioners to serve the amended copy of the petition to the newly added respondents within a period of one week and produce acknowledgment on record.
