After hearing the matter for some time, we find that the issue pertains to the seniority list which according to the petitioners is not in consonance with the Government Resolution dated 24.1.2017.

Per contra, Mrs Meghana Munshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Zilla Parishad places reliance on Government Resolution dated 27.7.2023 and it is her contention that the respondent Zilla Parishad is acting as per the said Resolution.
