By the order impugned, Respondent No.2 has granted F.L.-III License in favour of Respondent No.3. 3.
The learned AGP for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2/State, submits that Petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the order impugned.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent No.3 is running the restaurant in the premises constructed under Ramai Aawas Yojna. 5.
It is submitted that, premises constructed under Ramai Aawas Yojna cannot be let out nor it can be used for the commercial purpose, and therefore, Respondent No.2
2 7.WP.4114-2024.odt ought not to have granted F.L.-III License for sale of liquor in the said restaurant.

It transpired during the course of hearing of the present Petition that, the Petitioner has submitted representation to Respondent No.1/Collector, Chandrapur in respect of his grievance. Considering the facts and circumstances, the Respondent No.1 shall decide the representation filed by the present Petitioner dated 14.07.2023 on its own merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 7.
The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
