DATE : 3RD APRIL, 2025 Mr.Sudame, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Though Ms Rane seeks a pass over on his behalf, however, considering that the only relief claimed in the petition, is to direct the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur to decide all pending enquiries before him within three months. Even if the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur works 24 hours each day, without any break, including on non-working days also, it would be impossible for him to decide all the pending enquiries. Perhaps, the petitioners are not aware of the enormity of the task and the relief, which is claimed by them. We are assured by the learned AGP, that the Deputy Charity Commissioner is doing all that is possible within his powers to decide enquiries as expeditiously as possible, in view of which, we do not wish to interfere in the petition and, therefore, the same stands dismissed. No costs.
