DATED : 26th JULY, 2024 This petition takes exception to the order dated 18.12.2023, passed by respondent No.3-Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati in Revision Application No. 59/2021. 2.

The petitioner herein had filed an application before respondent No.4- Sub-Divisional Officer, Buldhana under the provisions of the Maharashtra Prevention of Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1947. It was prayed that sale deed dated 02.08.2002 in respect of 70 R land out of Gat No. 43 at Mouza Sawargaon Dukre, Taluka Chikhali, District Buldhana executed by respondent No.2 in favour of respondent No.1 be declared as void.

By order dated 11/02/2020, respondent No.4 had allowed the said application. The order of respondent No.4 was challenged by filing revision before respondent No.3. By the order impugned the respondent No.3 has remanded the matter back to the respondent No.3 for deciding it afresh.

I have perused the impugned order. For the reasons recorded by respondent No.3 in the impugned order for remand, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
