2) A revised modified Award was passed in May, 2023 in compliance with the order dated 08/03/2023 delivered in Writ Petition Nos.6164/2022 and 6165/2022. The grievance of the petitioner is that the compensation, which is enhanced pursuant to revised Award under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is not released.

3) Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable in six weeks.
