DATE : 5TH FEBRUARY, 2025 The only grievance raised, is that in terms of the revised award of May, 2023 (Pg.28), the difference in compensation has not been paid, which was payable by the respondent No.3. Though respondent No.3 has been served as per the noting in the farad sheet dated 01/10/2024, none appears. The petition cannot be decided without the presence of the respondent No.3, considering which, issue bailable warrant in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Regional Manager of the respondent No.3, returnable on 13/02/2025 for securing his presence. Learned AGP to ensure service of the warrant.
