DATED : 16th JULY, 2024 This petition takes exception to the order dated 24.04.2024, passed by the learned 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Darwha in Land Acquisition Case No.78/2010. By the order impugned the reference Court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner to implead SubDivisional Officer (Land Acquisition Officer) as party to the land reference in question. Admittedly, the land reference in question is under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The Reference Court has, thus, rightly rejected the application filed by the petitioner. No interference is called for in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
