DATE : 03-04-2025 By these applications, the petitioners seek permission to amend the petition, as they have obtained information under the RTI Act after filing the petition and wish to bring it on record. However, the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has strongly objected to this.

Having considered the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that the petition has not yet been admitted, we hereby allow the applications. The amendment is to be carried out by 04-04-2025, and a copy of the amended petition is to be supplied to the respondents on or before 05-04-2025.

Writ Petition No.4280/2024 List the petition on 07-4-2025.
