Inspite of the last chance having been granted twice including the order dated 10.10.2024, we find no substantial progress being made in the present matter. It would be appropriate, that the Authorities are dragging their feet in the matter of payment of compensation in respect of lands which are claimed to have been taken possession 13 years back.

As a final last chance, we are listing this matter on 30.01.2025 with a Cavet to the Respondents, that in case the compensation is not determined and deposited in this Court
