The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.3 has tendered across the bar an affidavit which states that the joint measurement has been conducted and based upon the joint measurement report which would be received shortly, if the lands of the Petitioner are found to be affected, the Respondent No.3 shall initiate further action for acquisition either by direct purchase or otherwise and complete the same by March 2025.

Mr. Rathod, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that in view of the above statement made in the affidavit, his grievance stands satisfied.

The Petition stands disposed off in view of the statement made in affidavit dated 02.02.2025 by the Respondent No.3.
