The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he is not pressing the prayer for validation of his caste claim.

The statement accepted.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he should get all the service benefits and post-retiral benefits in wake of Government Resolution dated 12.12.2022. 5.

Having considered the prayer and submissions of the respective parties, we are of the opinion that the petition can be disposed by directing respondent no.3 - School to extend all the benefits to the petitioner mentioned in the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022 and pass appropriate order by complying all requirements, within two weeks from today.

The Education Officer concerned is directed to decide the proposal, if any, sent by respondent no.3 in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
