The claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Gawali' Nomadic Tribe (B) is rejected vide impugned order dated 25.05.2022. 3.

Mr. Haq, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would urge that (a) the real brother of the petitioner has been granted validity by the same Committee and (b) incorrect observation recorded in the order that while granting validity to the real brother of the petitioner, the Vigilance Cell was not conducted.
