Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, instead of entertaining the present petition it would be appropriate to direct respondent No.8 - Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide revision application filed by the petitioner being Revision No.186/MRC81/2023-24 expeditiously. Respondent No.8 shall endeavour to decide the revision in question within a period of four months. 2.
Till the decision of the revision application, the respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, Chandrapur shall not take any coercive action against the present petitioner for recovery of amount.
