Heard the counsel for the parties.

In view of the order dated 23rd July, 2024 passed in Writ Petition No.4323/2024 (Manoj Vitthalrao Wanjari and anr. vs. The Maharashtra State Election Commission and ors.), we are of the view that similar issue is involved in the present petition.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to defer hearing of the present petition to 26th July, 2024.

The further action of the election is subject to final outcome of the petition as we permit the respondents to file their reply if so desired.

Stand over to 26th July, 2024.
