The Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondents to consider his representations dated 28.03.2024 and 20.04.2024, which deal with a conservation measures to be taken by the Respondents in respect of Tigers. Already there is a policy of conservation which governs the issue. 3.

We are apprised by Mr. Fulzele, learned Addl.GP for the Respondent/State, that the Respondents are taking all dues measures for enforcing that policy. It is therefore

In that view of the matter, we would not direct but request the Respondents to take into consideration the representations made by the Petitioners and if they are in consonance with the policy or of any use in furthering the conservation policy, the same may be taken into consideration for the purpose of implementation of the policy. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off in the above terms. No costs.
