By the order impugned, Respondent No.1 has repudiated the insurance claim of the Petitioners. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners has made certain submissions on merits of the matter. However, it appears that representation filed by the Petitioners against the order of Respondent No.1, is pending before the Insurance Ombudsman.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, the following order is passed.

ORDER

Insurance Ombudsman shall endeavour to decide the representation filed by the present Petitioners within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
