By the order impugned, the learned Family Court, Nagpur has allowed the application filed by the petitioner, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Family Court ought not to have imposed the cost. I have perused the order impugned. I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the order of costs. The Petition is dismissed.
