This petition takes exception to the order dated 13.5.2024 passed by the respondent No.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer (Rural), Nagpur.

Respondent No.1 herein has filed the appeal before the respondent No.2 challenging the mutation entries, which according to the petitioner were effected in the year 2017 and 2018. As there was delay in filing appeal, the application for condonation of delay was filed. By the order impugned, the respondent No.2 has allowed the said application for condonation of delay.
