As prayed we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. 3.

The petitioner is permitted to appear in proceedings before Tahsildar, Deoli on 26/08/2024.

We further direct the said Authority to pass appropriate orders in the matter dealing with the prayer of the petitioner for mutation as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
