The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injunction as sought was granted by the trial Court and it has been reversed by the learned Appellate Court vide impugned judgment, which is perverse.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable after two weeks.

The Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

5.

The Office objections, if any, be removed on or before the returnable date.
