The present petition is filed against the order dated 05.03.2024 in MCA No.9/2023 passed by the Principal District Judge, Bhandara, whereby, the order dated 04.05.2022 below Exh.05 in Regular Civil Suit No.13/2022 passed by the Civil Judge Junior Division, Tumsar, Dist. Bhandara, was set-aside.

Learned counsel for the respondent (original defendant), makes a statement that during the pendency of the petition, construction has already been completed. 3.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
