Learned Advocate for the petitioners contended that the lands of Hiraman were acquired in 1974, against which Project Affected Person (PAP) certificates were issued in favour of his sons, i.e. Vasanta and Jaywant, and for the acquisition of land in 1985, the PAP certificate was granted in favour of Jaideo. However, Jaideo has not exhausted the said PAP certificate; therefore, it is claimed that the petitioner is entitled to claim the same as a great-grandson of Hiraman. However, he failed to demonstrate on which basis he claims the said right. As such, he has sought time to satisfy on the said point. Two weeks' time is granted.
