The petitioner challenges the order dated 07.02.2024 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Tumsar, in RCS No.32/2016, whereby, an application for seeking permission to re-examine the witnesses was allowed.

Considering the averments made in the application and for just decision of the matter, the learned Trial Court has taken up a view that the application needs to be allowed.
