The petitioner, the In-charge Head Master, came to be suspended vide impugned order dated 29.07.2024.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that by seniority the petitioner is entitled for being appointed on the post of Head Master. As a sequel, the Education Officer (Secondary) has sought proposal from the respondent-Management vide communication dated 05.06.2024.

So as avoid the action of conferring the benefit of the post of Head Master on the petitioner, the respondent-Management has taken a punitive decision of suspension.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 19.08.2024.

Mr. Shishir Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent nos. 1 to 3.
