As per office note, the counsel for petitioner has not supplied copies for issuance of notices to respondent nos. 4 to 8, 10 to 12, 14 to 16 and 18.

Sufficient time was granted on 23.08.2024, 06.09.2024, 20.09.2024, 04.10.2024 and on 25.10.2024 as a last chance, for supply of the copies. Today is 6th default. But the petitioner has failed to supply the same.

Hence due to non-supply of copies even after grant of sufficient opportunity, the petition shall stands dismissed against respondent nos. 4 to 8, 10 to 12, 14 to 16 and 18 in default, in terms of Chapter XVII Rule 7 (iii) of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, without reference to the Court of Registrar (Judicial) if copies are not supplied within four weeks from today. If copies are supplied within the time specified as above, thereafter issue notices to the aforesaid respondents, returnable within six weeks.
