DATED : 16-01-2025 The learned Counsel for the petitioners submit that the respondent No. 2 has already granted approval to the appointment of one Mr. Adesh Sunil Hatwar as a Shikshan Sevak, by the order 16.7.2024, subject to the result of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the Special Leave Petition pending before it, however, though the petitioners are identically placed, by the impugned order, the Education Officer has refused approval on account of absence of TET. This would clearly indicate double standard adopted by Education Officer in respect of persons, who are identically situated. 2.

List the matter on 22.1.2025.
