DATED : 3rd APRIL, 2025 Mr. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent / State has today submitted a chart, which is taken on record and marked as "X-1" dated 03.04.2025, which would indicate some progress in the appointments to the various vacant posts, with the Scheduled Tribe / Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committees. We are, however, constrained to note, that vacant posts in the lower rank are not being filled by the regular process, but on contract basis. The learned Assistant Government Pleader shall place on record detailed chart which post is filled on what basis so that appropriate directions can be issued in that regard, as it is necessary to fill in the vacant posts, not by
