We permit the petitioner to appear before the Superintendent, State Excise on October 17, 2024 at 11.00 a.m.

The Superintendent, State Excise to look into the greivance of the petitioner of providing him appropriate statutory register for recording sale, purchase, stock register for running the CL-III license. We also expect the Superintendent, State Excise to look into the matter in accordance with law. 4.
