The petitioner is a registered Union seeking direction of this Court to respondent No.3-MOIL to grant the benefit of two increments as approved by the Board of Directors of respondent No.3 in its 299th meeting dated 06/05/2014. The aforesaid two increments are to be granted to the staff and workers of respondent No.3. 3.

Perusal of the aforesaid prayer clause and the contentions in the petition reveal that the petitioner has already requested respondent No.3 to grant such benefit by filing various representations which are at Annexure-IV (colly) (page 31 of the petition). 4.

In view of above, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.3-MOIL to decide the representations at Annexure-IV (colly) submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from receipt of the order of this Court. 5.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
