Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 1 and assures participation in the matter. The present Principal of the respondent No. 1 is present before the Court, considering which, the purpose for issuing the bailable warrant stands fulfilled.

The only dispute is regarding issuance of transfer certificate by the respondent No. 1 in respect of minor child Parmeetsingh, who was earlier studying in the respondent No. 1 and now stands admitted to Shree Mahalsa Narayani Public School, Jatarpeth, Akola. Since there is an ongoing feud between the parents of the child and since the school where the child is being admitted is insisting to transfer certificate, we direct the respondent No. 1

2 54-4604-24.odt to issue transfer certificate and submit it to Shree Mahalsa Narayani Public School, Jatarpeth, Akola. The same shall be done by 17.04.2025.
