Learned Counsel for petitioner points out that the judgment of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 12/08/2024 in Writ Petition No.4900/2021 (Smt. Urmilabai wd/o Morati Kale and Ors. Vs. the Registrar General and Additional Commissioner and Special Registrar, Co-operative Society, Pune and Ors.), observing that the judgment on which the respondent No.2 has relied upon holding that the revision is not maintainable, is per incuriam. In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks. 2.

Shri A.M. Ghogre, learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The petitioner(s) are permitted to serve the respondent Nos.5 and 6 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner(s) shall deposit
