The petitioner seeks directions to the respondent no.1 to decide the proposal dated 04.07.2022 for grant of approval to the promotion of the petitioner on the post of 'Head Mistress'. 3.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.1 to decide the proposal for grant of approval to the promotion of the petitioner on the post of 'Head Mistress' as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
