On instructions, Ms. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents nos.1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's claim could be decided within six months.

Having considered the same, we direct the respondentCommittee to decide the petitioner's claim within six months from today and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately. 3.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Committee on 19th August 2024. If an adverse order has passed, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps.

In the meantime, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner till the decision of his caste claim by the respondentCommittee. 5.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
