Shri Malokar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is a teacher, and she is entitled to a promotion to the post of Supervisor and also to a selection grade. 3.

Shri Dhore, learned Counsel for respondents nos.4 and 5, submitted that the proposal in that regard has been pending with respondent no.2 since 2022. As such, the petitioner urges that the respondents be directed to decide on the proposal as soon as possible. 4.

Shri Kadukar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents nos.1 to 3, submitted that an appropriate order may be passed.

Having considered the above submissions, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent no.3-Education Officer to take the decision on the proposal submitted by the respondent-Management within twelve weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, she is at liberty to challenge the same. 6.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
