The petitioners seek challenge to the impugned order dated 10th March, 2017, passed by the respondent No.2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, whereby the petitioners have been granted approval on 100% grant-in-aid post w.e.f. 1st July, 2016, but in phase-wise manner.

In view of the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15th October, 2025. 4.

Mr. A.S. Fulzele, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5.

In addition to the usual mode, the petitioners to serve respondent No.3 by private mode.
