The petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 filed a Compromise Pursis dated 04.05.2026 on record, whereby, the petitioner and respondent Nos.4 and 5 arrived at compromise as per terms therein. The contentions verified from the petitioner. He has agreed that the contentions are correct.

In view of the compromise terms, the petition is required to be disposed of with direction to the respondent No.2 and 3 to expedite the action of grant of approval to the transfer of the petitioner on grand-in-aid post as 'Assistant Teacher' w.e.f. 01.11.2022 and further grant of Shalarth ID to the petitioner as per provisions of law.

The respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur is hereby directed to take a decision on the proposal of transfer of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the submission of the proposal. If the said proposal is accepted and forwarded to the respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, he shall take a decision on the said proposal within a period of four weeks thereafter.
