Pursuant to an advertisement dated 15-11-2017, the petitioner was appointed vide order dated 23-12-2017 on the post of Assistant Teacher. 3.

The proposal for grant of approval was submitted to the Deputy Director of Education on 7-8-2019, which was responded by him, thereby pointing out certain shortfalls vide communication dated 29-8-2019. 4.

It appears that the Management thereafter communicated the compliance of the shortfalls, however it is claimed that till this date the Deputy Director of Education has not taken any decision on the proposal submitted by the respondent Nos.3 and 4, i.e. the Management and the School, with whom the petitioner is working.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondent No.2- Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to take decision on the proposal submitted by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in relation to grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.
