DATED : 13 -0 8 -2024 The petitioner, who is a senior citizen, is seeking execution of order dated 12.9.2023 passed under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 ("Act").

The petitioner has a remedy of seeking execution of the said order before the learned Tribunal, which has passed the order of maintenance as could be inferred from the provisions of Section 7 of the Act.

In this view of the matter, the petition stands disposed of thereby permitting the petitioner to pursue execution of the order passed under Section 5 of the Act pursuant to the provisions under Section 7 by treating present petition as her representation. Let the execution be expedited.

We permit the petitioner to appear before the said Authority on 19.8.2024.
