DATED :- 14.08.2024 The impugned communication dated 09.07.2024 rejects the claim for renewal of lease filed by the petitioner on the ground that Government Resolution dated 23.01.2019 directs holding of auction. It is contented that this is contrary to the direction issued in Writ Petition No. 3249/2020 decided on 15.09.2022, in which person placed similar to the petitioner have, in pursuance thereto, granted lease.
