It is the contention of Mr. Kakde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the case of rehabilitation of the petitioner, the policy framed for such rehabilitation purpose is required to be considered thereby transferring the rights in the property where the petitioner is to be rehabilitated before the acquisition is effected. 2.

Issue notice for final disposal of the petition to the respondents, returnable on 07.10.2024.
