The petitioner No.4 has circulated a pursis dated 18/09/2024 wherein inadvertently he is referred to as respondent No.4. The counsel for petitioner No.4 seek to rectify the inadvertent error which has crept in the pursis. Permission granted. 3.

Since petitioner No.4 intend to have been dropped from the array of the petitioners, we grant necessary permission. 4.

Now, the petition would be prosecuted by petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader had waived service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 however since the service on respondent No.3 i.e. the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Yavatamal is shown to be awaited, counsel for the petitioner shall take steps to serve the said respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
