DATE : 22ND JANUARY, 2025 Mr.Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioners, has tendered across the bar a communication dated 11/12/2024, issued by the respondent No.1 to all the CEOs of the various Zilla Parishads in the State, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification, in terms of which, the respondent No.2 has taken a decision to fill in the unfilled existing vacancies reserved for the category of Ex-serviceman, for which no candidates are available from the candidates from and out of the other categories. This according to him, satisfies the grievance of the petitioners. We, therefore, dispose of both the petitions in terms of the communication dated 11/12/2024 with the hope, that the same would be implemented as early as possible. No costs.
