CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.2480 OF 2024:

The petitioners/applicants moved an application to bring the legal heirs of deceased petitioner no.1 on record. It is contended that during the pendency of the petition on 04.08.2024, petitioner no.1 expired, and therefore, the petitioner wants to bring his legal heirs on record.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, we allow the application as prayed. The petitioners/applicants are directed to bring the legal heirs of petitioner No. 1 on record within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to all the respondents. WRIT PETITION NO.4819 OF 2024:
