Learned Advocate for respondents No.5 and 6 submitted that the issue in the present case has been covered by the judgment/order of this Court in Writ Petition No.1679/2021 (Vijay Ramdas Mhasal and others Vs. State of Maharashtra through its Secretary, Ministry of School Education and Sports, Mantralaya, Mumbai and another, decided on 07/01/2022). Therefore, she has propounded that this petition can be disposed of in light of the above-referred decision. 3.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner also agrees to the said proposition.

Having considered the same and gone through the record and above-referred decision, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition in terms of what has been held in the order dated 07/01/2022 in Writ Petition No.1679/2021, as referred para no.4 of the order dated 02/12/2021 in Writ Petition 5670/2019. Para no.4 of the order dated 02/12/2021 in Writ Petition No.5670/2019 which reads thus as under:
"4.
The respondent - Zilla Parishad, after satisfying themselves about the petitioners being District Awardee Teachers having been awarded certificates prior to 4th September 2019, shall individually consider the case of the petitioners for additional increment as is laid down under the Government Resolution dated 12th December 2020. The same shall be considered on merits of each individual case by considering the judgments rendered in all the applicable cases as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months."

As a result, the writ petition is allowed in terms of para no.4 of the order dated 02/12/2021 in Writ Petition No.5670/2019. The Zilla Parishad to act accordingly. No order as to costs.
