By this petition, the petitioner challenges the termination order dated 10/04/2022 passed by respondent No.2 and seeks a direction to reinstate him. It is also

Aggrieved by the said order, he preferred revision before the Inspector General of the Railway Protection Force; however, the revision was dismissed. Hence, by way of amendment he brought those facts on record.
