DATED : 21st AUGUST, 2024 Mr. Khublakar, learned counsel for the respondents, upon instructions, makes a statement, that the petitioner would be allowed to reregister for the first semester inspite of the fact, that last date for reregiatration has expired on 16th August, 2024, as the petitioner has already made an application earlier in point of time and the fees already paid for the third semester by the petitioner would be adjusted against the fees payable for the first semester on account of reregistration and in case any excess is paid the same shall be refunded.

Insofar as the petition on merits is concerned, considering that the petitioner lacks the
