It is informed by the Learned AGP that although the communication issued to the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai, soliciting necessary instructions for the purpose of filing the reply. Although matter is adjourned on 15.04.2025 and further on 12.06.2025, still the concerned officer has not responded. 2.

In case the reply is not filed by next date, the concerned Officer shall pay cost of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) from his own pocket.
